Workshop "Representation of interests at the German Telekom in Albania"

The purpose of this activity was to draft a strategic plan for the organization of the trade union in Telekom Albania as well as the development of good labor relations and social dialogue with the local management. During this activity, an action plan was created for the establishment of a trade union in this company and its extension in the telecommunications sector in Albania. Furthermore, ideas for further cooperation between the Albanian SPPT and the German Ver.di were discussed.
