"Live Your City!"

The training consisted of capacity building of 12 Local Coordinators for the 12 regions of Albania, and is a follow-up of the work done so far for the establishment of the Local Youth Action Plans.

By the end of the year, Local Coordinators will be engaged in drafting 12 Employment Master Plans, which are strategic documents at the local level aiming to serve the promotion of youth employment in 12 cities of the country.

Developing draft proposals, raising funds, public relations and strengthening the network are topics addressed during the training days. The acquired knowledge will be translated into concrete initiatives and activities, where the key word will be employment of young people.

Although on a different online format, on Zoom, the Coordinators were enthusiastic about continuing the work and said they are looking forward to next activities.

Empowering young people continues to be one of the priorities of our work and the FES-KRK cooperation in 2020 will be serving this particular goal.
