Workshop on Worker Councils in the Labor World

The purpose of these workshops was to raise awareness among actors in the labor world on the need to draft a new law on the establishment and operation of Workers' Councils, as well as the benefits they bring to companies, the State and the employees.

These workshops focused on the German experience, as one of the best experiences regarding the functioning of the Workers Councils.

Present at these workshops were representatives of Albanian Trade Unions, employer organizations, civil society organizations engaged in the protection of labor rights in Albania and journalists covering economic issues.
